If you email us

We use your name, email address and anything you send only to reply and to deal with your enquiry. We keep correspondence for as long as it is needed for that, or for our business and legal records. We do not sell or share it for marketing.

Lawful basis: legitimate interests, for replying to enquiries; legal obligation, for records we must keep.

Tenants

If you rent a home from us, we will give you a separate privacy notice explaining how we use your information. Our homes are managed day to day by our managing agent, Tower Estates, who receive and handle the personal details needed to run your tenancy. Hosting

Our hosting provider may keep standard server logs, such as IP addresses, to keep the site secure.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law (UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018) you can ask to see, correct or delete information we hold about you by emailing [email protected]. You can also object to our use of your information, or ask us to restrict it. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
